The Golden Arrow Archers are excited to announce the first of what will be an annual event for archers to come together to sell, trade, and buy used archery equipment. Anyone who's been shooting archery for a while likely has a collection of old accessories, arrows, and even a bow or two that they no longer use. Why let it clutter up your closets and collect dust? Bring your archery related items to our equipment sale and sell or trade with someone who can use it!

The sale will go from 12pm-2pm. Buying or selling will be totally FREE for individuals and families, while retailers who have used, returned, and/or open box inventory they would like to sell can do so for a suggested $50 donation to our club. No new items please. Selling space must be reserved in advance using the form below. Each individual seller will be allotted half of a cafeteria table (about 3'x3' square). If you need more space or if you are a retailer please email us at goldenarrowarchers@gmail.com with the amount of space you need and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please clearly label your items with your asking price and, if not obvious, a description of the item/attributes. All items should be archery equipment or archery related items (optics, shooting stools, etc are fine). Sorry, no crossbows or broadheads will be allowed in the building for safety purposes. Absolutely no firearms or firearm accessories. If you're not sure if something is acceptable, email us to ask!

As an added incentive to come out to the sale, we'll also be offering shooting time on our indoor range from 1-4pm that same afternoon. Cost is only $10 per archer for the duration of the open time, approximately 3 hours. We will have the time clock running to help keep things moving, 2 minutes per end. Range time is limited to the first 40 archers who pre-register. Archers should check in at the club table prior to shooting to sign the liability waiver and receive their range wrist band. Archers under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A blank bale with a couple meters of shooting space should also be available in the sale room for testing out bows, releases, etc that may be for sale.

All sales and transactions are fully the responsibility of the parties involved in the buying and selling of the item(s). Neither the Chesterfield Golden Arrow Archers nor Chesterfield County Parks and Rec are responsible for the quality, function, safety, agreements or transactions happening at this event. All buyers and sellers are warned to do their own due diligence before choosing to participate in a sale. We are simply providing a space and time to bring buyers and sellers together. Try, buy and sell at your own risk!

This sale event is open to the public and no RSVP is necessary! If you would like to reserve table space to sell your items or if you would like to purchase shooting time on the range, please use the form below. We look forward to a great afternoon of deals and archery!

Have a some archery related things laying around that you'd like to get rid of but don't want to be bothered selling them? The Golden Arrow Archers gladly accepts donations of used archery equipment to our club to help outfit new archers until they are able to buy their own equipment. We can also sell items that we can't use to help offset our own equipment costs. Consider donating your items if you don't want or can't sell them!

Getting Here: Follow directions from the internet or your favorite GPS system to 4216 Beulah Road, Richmond, VA, HOWEVER, these directions will take you to the front of the old school, not to our range entrance. Parking nearest the range entrance is located around the corner from the front of the building off Hopkins Road and is limited to about 30 vehicles. Additional parking is available off of Brookshire Drive and will require a short walk on paved sidewalks to the range entrance. The range entrance is into the old cafeteria in the back of the old school off of Hopkins Road. Please see the map below for how to park and enter the building. Yellow arrows indicate driving, the red circled areas are parking, and blue arrows are walking paths. Signage and archery targets will be out to help point you in the right direction, too.
